Whilst managing print for a large County Council, it is very important that costs are kept as low as possible whilst not compromising on quality or delivery. OnDemand have continually proved that they are very competitively priced and they never disappoint in relation to customer service standards. A large number of printers ‘pitch’ for all of our print volume, but it is very difficult to place work elsewhere when we receive such a good all round service. Proofs are delivered very promptly, often taken directly to customers placed around the county. Delivery times are very quick and they always have the ability to ‘step-up’ an urgent request. Whilst they are not expected to make artwork amends, on the odd occasion that small tweaks are needed they will always help out. Having visited OnDemand, their premises are clean, tidy and the kit is very impressive.
